Dr. Mascha Gugganig

Innovationsforschung

Mascha Gugganigs Forschungsinteresse umfasst (1) die Wissensproduktion zu Umwelt, Landwirtschaft und Ernährung – von Indigenen (hawaiianischen) Epistemologien bis hin zu Technowissenschaften; (2) kritisches öffentliches Engagement mit akademischer Forschung, Wissenschaft und Technologie in Museen und im öffentlichen Raum; (3) kollaborative Forschung, z.B. durch kunstbasierte Methoden und multimodale Ethnographie. In ihrem aktuellen Forschungsprojekt beschäftigt sie sich mit ‚nachhaltiger Landwirtschaft‘ auf EU-Ebene und in Deutschland, mit einem Fokus auf Innovation, Technologie und Erfahrungswissen. Das Projekt erforscht auch, wie politische Strategien, Visionen und landwirtschaftliche Praktiken europäische Identitäten prägen.
