Jan-Hendrik Passoth joins European-University Viadrina as Professor

Congratulations to Jan-Hendrik Passoth for his appointment at European-University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder! As of November, he will join the newly set up European New School for Digital Studies as Professor of Sociology of Technology. In six years at MCTS, first as senior researcher and then as research group leader of the digital media lab, he represented the digital social sciences with great commitment, and sparked numerous innovative research projects and student engagements. Jan will stay connected to MCTS as an associated PI for the EIT Food ReDiT project, the BIDT project Coding Public Value and the recently started collaboration with HMTM (Hochschule für Musik und Theater München) on AI and Culture.
