Opening of MCTS Lecture Series

The MCTS is delighted to announce the opening of the MCTS lecture series in the summer semester 2015. On Wednesday, 6 May 2015, Prof. Dr. Sarah de Rijcke (Leiden University) will give a talk on
„‚This is a 6.‘ On the Role of Performance Metrics in the Daily Life of Biomedical Researchers“
in which she will explore one of the expanding assessment methods in academic settings.

The MCTS lecture series is designed to present recent Science and Technology Studies projects as well as to stimulate discussion on the various research activities by MCTS scholars and their guests. It will take place at MCTS, Augustenstr. 46, seminar room 270 and start at 5:00 pm. Further dates for the series are set for 20 May, 3 June and 17 June.
