Nature has interviewed Dr Susanne Koch for a report on inequality research. In the article, she talks about how science is itself shaped by inequality and why it is essential to identify structural conditions and practices that reproduce it.

Koch herself is researching inequalities and their epistemic effects in forest science as part of the DFG-funded project In-Forest, an African-European collaboration which she leads together with Prof. Nelius Boshoff (Stellenbosch University, South Africa).
