June 21, 2019 Debating the ‘update-mode’: an update. Updates are part of our everyday life, they happen almost everywhere, and their absence can literally destroy the factual utility of a device. The multi-discipline debate series ‘update-modus’ wants to look at updates beyond empirical updates, raising the questions what an ‘update-modus’ might mean: making, tentative, preliminary, decisions, doing change, continuous incrementality, optimization, etc. Read more about the first debate of the series and don’t miss the upcoming events!
