As a trained anthropologist I conduct ethnographic research on science, technology and society with a particular focus on how modern life affects human and planetary health. In my previous work on urban mental health I have developed a heuristic to study the relational constitution of human-(urban) environment relations to foster interdisciplinary co-laboration between ethnographic and psychiatric research. Together with my colleagues, I am currently designing an ethnographic research project on green/sustainable chemistry as part of the research programme „Knowledge after Progress“ (www.knowledgeafterprogress.org).
